Why Mogul Skiing?
Ever since the first day I entered a mogul competition, I knew that this sport was for me. The thrill and adrenaline associated with stepping into the gate before each run, knowing you could have the run of your life, is a feeling that I will cherish years after I stop mogul skiing. I love stepping it up each day during training and competition to face every obstacle that I encounter along my journey; each surpassed challenge leaves me wanting more. Throughout my career, the most important lesson I’ve learned is how consistent hard work and determination pay off in the long run.
2016-17 Ski Season Recap
Why I am Raising Funds
My results from the 2016-17 ski season has qualified me to be a part of the United States Freestyle Ski “B” Team for the 2017-18 ski season. This is a great accomplishment and it puts me in a great position going into the 2017-18 Olympic Season. However, unfortunately, only the “A” Team athletes receive funding, therefore I am responsible for all of my expenses for the upcoming ski season, which include training, traveling and competing at this elite level.
Please consider supporting me in my 2017-18 season, where I am going to make a quest for the 2018 Olympics! Every support $ helps and I am very grateful. Your support will go towards my prep season on-snow training in Australia (August) & Switzerland (October), traveling to early season olympic qualifying world cups in France and Finland as well as essential gear and coaching I will require in order to put my best foot forward on this journey to Pyeongchang 2018. Thank you!
As a member of TeamLivy, I will be sending you emails periodically detailing this amazing journey that we are on. You will be a part of my team and taking this olympic journey with me! You will be receiving insider updates through email about my season as I progress.
I am excited to have you join me on my journey! THANK YOU! Please spread the word!
If you would prefer to send me a personal donation directly, please contact me at email@example.com. THANK YOU!
