CSU Families, Friends, Alumni, and Nordic Enthusiast,
The race season is in full swing!
The kids on our team have made a strong commitment to Nordic racing. Their nine months of hard work at practice is translating into success in other important areas of their lives.
Some of our kids also need financial support to make it possible to train and compete. Can you help?
I have watched how skiing has transformed the lives of my own children. My son Hank, now a freshman in college, started as a very young 8th grader on the team. He worked very hard to make EHS and was the captain of his high school team. I know that his dedication to training on CSU Jrs., helped him learn responsibility, independence, and to be supportive of his teammates. He even helped coach EMBK as a senior!
CSU Jr. kids learn what it takes to be successful: persistence, hard work, ambition, and the support of your peers. Our kids have learned that as an athlete, when your training buddies are working hard, you work hard. Yet being a competitive Nordic skier can be expensive and not all of our families can afford to send their skiers to training camps and races without your help.
Will you help our athletes train and compete?
For many of our athletes, their goals are to compete at Junior Nationals, for others it’s racing for Massachusetts at the Eastern High School Championships, or the J2 Festival. No matter at what level, each skier has set his or her goals -- yet many will not be able to train and compete without your donation to the CSU Jr. financial assistance fund.
Can you help our skiers make their goals and compete at the highest level that their training will take them? Please make a donation today.
With your contribution, we can proudly send our CSU skiers to J2s, EHS, Junior Nationals and even further. Whatever their goal, these kids have learned lifelong skills that will serve them well the rest of their lives.
Thanks so much,
CSU Jrs., Board of Directors
P.S. Please donate today, your donation is tax-deductible.
