Why We're Raising Funds
The Women's Ski Jumping team needs your support!
After an exciting inaugural Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, team USA is looking towards Korea in 2018 with a steely-eyed focus. 2014 Olympians Sarah Hendrickson, Jessica Jerome, and Lindsey Van paved the way for the next generation of athletes to reach their goal of becoming an Olympian and represent not only Women's Ski Jumping but the United States of America.
Unlike our European competitors where Ski Jumping is a much more visible culture in the media and on TV, we count on passionate supporters like you to help us show the world what we are all about -- equality in sport for women with an emphasis on Character, Confidence, and Courage.
We have our work cut out for us to find generous supporters who believe in our mission and vision, and who share the passion of the athletes, staff, families, and close supporters. Help of spread the word, and join us on our path to 2018 and Beyond!
Funds raised during our Jump to 2018 and Beyond campaign will go toward…the overall Women's Ski Jumping USA operating budget for infrastructure including: coaching, travel, equipment, and additional team support possible to help us achieve the highest level of success into the 2018 and beyond.
The Deedee Corradini Fly Girls Scholarship Fund
In March of 2015, cancer took the life of our fearless leader and global game-changer in women's sports. Deedee Corradini not only inspired us, she moved mountains. During the toughest push to get women's ski jumping into the Olympic Games, Deedee once famously said:
"If we don't fight for the next generation of young women ski jumpers, who will?"
Deedee loved the Fly Girls program, building the next generation of young athletes, and believed deeply in its goal to Empower Girls to Never Give Up On Their Dreams.
To honor Deedee's legacy and heart in the U.S. ski jumping movement, The Deedee Corradini Fly Girl Scholarship Fund will award a camp scholarship(s) to a Fly Girl each year.
It's Because of You...
The Women's Ski Jumping movement has persevered, accomplished Olympic-inclusion goals, produced world champions, and provided opportunities for young jumpers THANKS TO YOU! Supporters and volunteers are the lifeline of WSJ-USA and we thank you.
No amount is too small!

More About Women's Ski Jumping and our mission of jumping to 2018 and Beyond
The athletes of the Women's Ski Jumping team starting July 16th 2016 will have to start competing for Olympic quota spots through FIS competition. These quota spots are determined by total points scored in World Cup competition. These competitions are held in Europe, Asia, and Scandinavia.
There is a large cost to the program to fund coaches, travel, equipment, and of course athlete travel and expenses. From the inclusion of the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, many teams specifically European have seen more sponsor interest. This interest has led to much larger operating budgets for Women’s Ski Jumping USA compete with when it comes to the best equipment, support staff, travel, etc.
Help us get 4 athletes to South Korea in 2018 by supporting our program and giving us a bigger chance of obtaining quota spots through World Cup competition and the most competitive equipment available.
to never give up
on their dreams.
